The Space Between
A brief Olympic update from the heart of Paris
Remco Evenepoel of Belgium, Valentin Madouas and Christophe Laporte of France took 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the men’s road cycling today. The entire race ripped right through Paris for its final ~45km. We caught them all wizzing through the 11th arrondissement late this afternoon. I somehow caught the soon-to-be first and second place racers and the space between them that makes all the difference.
